At Bloomfield Center, we embrace the holistic concept of wellness, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, fueling the body, engaging the mind, and nurturing the spirit. Our approach encompasses various therapeutic modalities, including talk therapy, art therapy, and yoga therapy, along with comprehensive assessment, psychiatric, and medication management services.

Furthermore, we offer mindfulness coaching and a unique community resource known as the Bloomfield Center Self Care Club, which hosts workshops, events, and provides access to a curated library of resources, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and self-discovery.

MINDFULNESS COACHING

This involves integrating mindfulness practices and principles into the therapeutic process to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. It entails meditation and breath awareness to enhance self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional regulation. It teaches individuals to observe and accept their thoughts and emotions without judgment, fostering resilience and self-compassion.

Through guided exercises, individuals develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and inner balance. Coaching supports setting and implementing personal goals for mental well-being, fostering sustainable habits and overall fulfillment in daily life.

  • Session durations are offered in 30 or 50-minute increments

  • Can be conducted in-person or virtually
